As this year is Olympic year, we are joining up with a special Richmond Borough poetry writing competition.

We will launch this competition on February 24th when Danny Bent comes in to talk with all the children about how he followed his dream to cycle from England to Chembakolli and wrote a book about his adventures.

Every child will be asked to write a poem about their dreams and ambitions during school time (not at home this year).

There will be a winner per class and then the best results from the whole school will be put forward for a Richmond Borough competition.

Deadline for entries is Friday 23rd March.
